Since 1997, Jodi Lomask has straddled the worlds of high art, environmental activism, and corporate initiatives through her creative services agency, Capacitor. For her, it is ultimately the same process - deliver participants into a world of your making. She designs movement structures out of steel, bungee, fiberglass, and wood. Her choreography unites unique characters, original motion sculpture, with articulated movement vocabularies for Capacitor's signature synthesis of visual magic and raw athleticism. She recently directed a VR180 dance film with Adobe, produced by the SF Dance Film Festival and launched Capacitor XR for the development of immersive media projects.
